Please pray for our time tonight.
We have invited a family over for dinner.
The wife and daughter go to our church.
The husband does not.
He was raised in some form of Christianity - I don't know what, but apparantly when his parents divorced there was judgementalness at the church and his mom stopped going and did not take him either.
So, he has bad feelings about Christianity.
But, he supports his wife and daughter going to church.
We have met him a few times because their daughter and our youngest daughter are very good friends. We are having them for dinner tonght and one other couple who goes to our church.
We just want to get to know him better and have him get to know us better so that we can care for him and hopefully at some time help him to come to know the Lord (or come back to the Lord - depending on his situation) and begin attending church meetings with his wife (she would really like that).
His name is Brandon.
Please pray that we will express Christ to him in a proper way this evening and that he will feel loved and cherished and have a positive and open feeling about the Lord and church.

His background with religion is very negative but he wants to be a good person and he knows he needs the Lord and he is at a point now where he is not yet ready to come to church, but he feels that when and if the time is right that he will.
We just need to keep praying for him and caring for him.
I really feel that the Lord is moving and drawing Brandon to Himself.
