She accidentally took double the amount of one of her daily medications and is feeling really sick. The pharmacy told her to wait it out and she is asking for prayer.

I guess she is feeling all better now, but pray that she will be careful in taking her meds in the future (such a common mistake) and that, even better, she will be led not to need them through whatever medical and/or alternative heath helps there may be.
