Please Pray for my Girlfriend

I haven't gotten to talk to my girlfriend since Christmas Eve. She was away visiting with family and we kept in touch, but she stopped answering a few days ago. I haven't heard anything about her or heard from her until this morning when i learned she was in the hospital. I just found out and I have no idea what happened... so I'm praying for her and ask for your prayers as well.

Chances are she's been there since Christmas Day... so above how much I incredibly miss her... I'm worried. I know God is watching over her but I'm afraid.

And I've found out what happened. She was going sledding on Christmas and she had an accident... she flew off the sled and the back of her head hit a tree hard... so she's been in a hospital bed since Christmas the majority of the time being unconscious She still hasn't come back around at all and they're only letting family in right now...

Doctors say it's not as bad as it could have been... and I can only thank God and guardian angels that the worst didn't happen... but I'm so scared and afraid. She means so much to me and I'm praying and hoping she'll be ok.

She suffered brain damage and trauma in the accident and she was in a coma for over a week. She's been able to wake up now which is very good news. But her memory and thinking ability has been affected and she's not completley recovered. She also has blurred vision and headaches. This is normal for the circumstances and it's not as bad as it could have been, but doctors are trying to keep her down and giving her tons of medicine to keep her sleeping and her brain resting.

It's really hard knowing that even if she's awake, she doesn't have the mental capacity to be able to talk or act normally and I miss her so much. But I am so thankful and praise God that it wasn't worse and that she's been able to wake up. She just has some recovering to do... and recovering from the trauma her brain has suffered and just from all the time she's been out... I'm praying for a full recovery so she's able to be her old self again soon and able to come back healthy.
