Please pray for me!

Hello all,

Well i am on day 5 of No Self-gratification, and it has become SEVERELY difficult. i thought by now it would be easier and i would have no problem, but the urge is still there and the lustful thoughts are still there.. Please i need prayer and some advice!

Right now i feal i am on the brink of falling..

Your prayers and advice would be VERY helpful.

Don't give in brother, pray and read the scriptures. It will increase your faith and you will feel so much better. I'll say a prayer for you. Just say one for me too.

Find something to occupy yourself with so you aren't constantly thinking about it. Either read scriptures like lostwithoutu said or just anything else that will take your mind off it. I am praying for you.
