Rev 10:11
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
KJV
What is it that John must prophecy again, and when? Thanks
Rev 10 Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. He was robed in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars. 2 He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, 3 and he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke. 4 And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven say, “Seal up what the seven thunders have said and do not write it down.”
5 Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven. 6 And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, “There will be no more delay! 7 But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.”
8 Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me once more: “Go, take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.”
9 So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, “Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.” 10 I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour. 11 Then I was told, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings.”
What was written on that little scroll was sweet as honey in the mouth, but turned John's stomach sour.
A similar thing happened in Ezek 3 when God told Ezekiel to eat a scroll and go tell Israel what it said.
Having said that, look at the timing of the angel with the scroll. It says that "there will be no more delay" and that in the days when the 7th angel is about to sound, the mystery of God will be accomplished. In the next chapter, chapter 11, what is going on when the 7th angel is about to sound?
What is going on is that the two witnesses are resurrected and raptured which is exactly what happened to the church back in Rev 7 where John was prophesying about many nations, peoples, kindreds and tongues. Also, the devil finally has control over the nations, tribes, etc. and God is about to send Jesus to destroy.
The two witnesses being resurrected and raptured are a sign for Israel and the whole world that the snatching away of the church was real and they missed it. Not only that, but this is the moment when the devil finally has power over the whole earth (when the two witnesses are raptured) and God is about to destroy the kingdom of the beast and send Jesus along with his heavenly armies - Sweet as honey in the mouth but turns the stomach sour when they fully digest/understand it.
You see, Rev 12 and 13 make it very clear that the church will be dwelling in heaven when the antichrist begins his 3 1/2 years of power and he will be blaspheming not only God but we who dwell in heaven, the resurrected, raptured, glorified, blood-bought, believers of Christ.
Apparently there will be some kind of blasphemous lie told about us after we're gone by the antichrist but the resurrection and rapture of the two witnesses serves as proof of the truth, that we are with God.
Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Rev 13:
5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
When the antichrist finally overcomes the two witnesses and they are resurrected and raptured and the devil has control over all kindreds, tongues, nations, then the bowls of wrath are poured out on the kingdom of the beast followed by the 7th trumpet and then Jesus' coming on the clouds with the armies of heaven.
