Good evening friends, and happy Sabbath.

As you may have noticed, I have been added to the Moderator Staff here at the SDA forum. An introduction would be in order.

I have been a member of Christian Forums for three years, and I have been a moderator for the STR (Anglican) forum for a few months.

I am married to the Incomparable Sunflower. We have two adult daughters and one spoiled rotten cat. I make my living as the lead technician for a small fire alarm company in the Midwest.

I am looking forward to meeting all of you. I can generally be found online from 6pm to 11pm central time (US)

I'm going to be trapped with three small children this Sabbath so I'm trying to think of a creative way to tell them about God without them realizing we're not just playing. HA!

I just finished my summer class, so I'm hoping to get on the board a little more and to catch up on some reading that doesn't involve microorganisms.

I'm glad you're on board and I look forward to getting to know you too!

Yes, it is the opening line from that Rolling Stones tune, but you have to admit it is a nice and polite way to start a conversation....
