CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The answer depends on what is overhead. If he is in a mine with rocks overhead, the object will weight less because of the gravitational pull upwards.

They have formulas. The main three are the pressure which can be life threatening for divers. Then you have gravity and as was mentioned boy-ency. Of course you also have to deal with the way water bends and distorts the light. Underwater photography is difficult. Then you have currents to deal with. I do not know how the fish manage to survive. With shells they are designed with a spiral design which is exactly what they need to deal with the force of the tide from the moon. My son is still in High School and the math is extream already trying to figure all of that out. He is real good about getting his work done when he knows he has work to do. Sometimes he misses the assignment so that part of it is difficult to keep up with. Everyone everywhere is offering him scholarships though. His college is already pretty much paid for. We have not even filled out any paper work yet for financial aid. I did not even know they offered you all that money without even asking for it.
