I'd call this a hobby, because so many people take it up as a hobby, body modification as it is called.
So, what have you got? if anything at all.
Got my first one a few weeks ago, nipple, my friend did it for me, and its healing grand. nice and straight too.

I have never really been into body piercings myself. I have two in my left ear though and one in my right, plus I have a tongue piercing. That is a fun one to have. Makes chewing gum a little difficult because the gum somtimes (depending on the brand) gets stuck to the tongue ring. But otherwise it's a great thing to have, keeps your mouth busy

• Tongue

Does nipple piercing hurt?

Pain differs from person to person. I have not had my nipples pierced, however, based on all of my other piercings I would say pain is minimal and only lasts for a moment.
