Thank you for posting this up! We had heard of Phillip's work, several of our flock had learned of his efforts through his organization, called the Torch of Christ Ministries as I recall. His passion and love for his ministry are remarkable, and a wonderful example of how a minister improves his practice with regular discipline and dedication.
