Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

LOL The one that was like a stand up commedian, did tv commercials and went on to act. He played on demolition man and ummm wag the dog and a few others.

He always has a line going about "Yanno what gets me" or "i wanna walk down the middle of the road in rabbit slippers with sloppy big macs in both hands... blah blah lol
LOL, I love the movie demolition man -- which character was he? (*perk* - I'm a trivia buff w/ entertainment)

Sawy... It doesn't take me much to be spun up like a top...:) I tend to get aggrivated very easily, but I put on that big smile, flash my teeth and act like nothing is wrong..:sorry:
I'm a little that way too - I get more aggrivated with little things & can handle bigger things & crisis's. (oddly).
We're all different & that's what makes the world go around :D

Okay, here is another one...

People who play the bass way too loud in their vehicle.

People who blast their radios at 7am in the morn.

People who don't hold doors when someone is right behind them.

People who use words that you need a dictionary to understand what they're saying.

People standing near the counter waiting for their food and you think they're line so you stand behind them and they don't bother letting you know....

Cards that have that stupid confetti that sprinkles all over you when you open it.

Paper clips that are tangled together.

People who open their doors before checking to see if traffic is coming.

People who park their carts in the middle of the aisle.

Telemarketers.

Toddlers who are sick and touching and licking everything in sight.

Someone not washing their hands after they use the bathroom.

People who think they are above everyone else.

Double-standards.

Gosh...I think I got issues...:o

OOOH that guy!! ROFL ya, I remember him & his large gay assistant. hahha :p

I still say that was Sandra Bullock's prime.

ps. back in my "party" days I ran into Wesley Snipes at a gas station on my way home from the bar - he asked me to go to his house for a party...
I always wonder what would've happened if I went that nite. (probly nothing good). :/

Ya that was a cute movie - her eyebrows just HAD to go lol. I'm a big Michael Caine fan too - I'll always remember him from the scary 1980 movie w/ Angie Dickenson, "Dressed to Kill". freaky.

Ya, she was kool, and very beautiful in her own way...
it was hard to pinpoint what was specifically so pretty about her, she just was.

Great thread. :)

The label on the apple thingy, I had that problem yesterday. And it's just as bad with the lables on tomatoes. What's with all these labels anyway?

zip-lock bags that don't zip.

easy open packages that you have to get out the sizzors to actually open.

Cheese with an expiration date of Jan 2008 has mold on it.

Getting home and realizing you were charged full price for a buy-one-get-one-free item.

Oh don't get me started on zip lock bags!!! Even if you can manage to close them, you have problems with too much air in the bag & have to push the air out & reseal it over & over again... I don't even bother zipping them shut - I fold them over tightly or tie them shut w/ something.
Yep, those same labels are on tomatoes too -- that skin comes off when you peel the label. arghh.

I like to call those "easy open" boxes, bottles or containers "adult proof". No adult can get into them.
