Pet names

My honeybunch (I'm gonna pay now! hee hee) and I were thinking of the pet names couples call each other, and how they came across them. So, what are some of the pet names you call each other?

We usually stick with "Honey" or "Hon."

Probably because that's what my parents called each other while I was growing up. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I ever heard one of them call the other by their first name.

Smooch, boo-babe, honeybunch, honeycake, lovey, cutie, lover, hon, honeyboo. That kind of thing. Some times we just make up cute nonsensical things as we go.

Yes, very much so kidding!!!!

A lot of people think I am a jerk, so I thought that would be funny if I said that. But I call my girl tons of cute little names. Sometimes I make up really wierd ones just to be fun. I call her my sweet woman. She calls me her sweet man. There are a ton more... some with inside jokes, but we have a ton and I love being tender with her. She is awesome.

I call him sweetie, hun, cutie, and sometimes baby as well.

I remember an episode of Seinfeld that me and my girlfriend caught a part of once, where Jerry calls the woman he's seeing "schmoopie." She told me that was the most rediculous pet name she's ever heard, and so, naturally, I kept calling her that until her cute little laugh turned into that "ok, that's enough" look.

Anyway, I call her some funny stuff like "pook" short for pookie, "kiddo" because she's short (5'0") "sugarpie" and "cutie"

I often call him Scruffy (when he goes a few days without shaving; which I LOVE!) or Baby or Honey...

We aren't too big on pet names; although sometimes I wish we were...

My boyfriend calls me all sorts of pet names like...cupcake, poptart, sugar lips, little baby alligator, baby bear, sweetie, hun bun...the list goes on...those are just the more common ones...

I call my boyfriend honey, sweetie, baby, babe, bumble "B"...the list also goes on as well.

And there are also lots of names that we call each other that have inside jokes behind them like crunchy rabbit or minky...see we are weird.

I'm "Babycakes" and he is "Studmuffin" hehehehe.....I have some friends at church, and he asked me the other day if he knew where his "bride" was...well they have been married a while with 2 kids....I thought it was sweet!

I call my husband baby wich I have called him that since we started going out. And he calls me Sexy Mama or just Mama. I Love it cause no matter wher we are he will say it just to get my attention or anything like that.
