So what is it Dave and my gay Christian friends?
Why do you recoil from being called a sinner and a lover of sin? Why do you hate God's law?
Acting like a victim, as though I and other Christians condemn you... Have you not heard that the Lord chastises those whom He loves? He is a God of mercy and grace. Who here has condemned you? Only the law has condemned you and only if you are under it.
Why do you recoil from the law which commands in Lev 20:
13 " 'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

Did you not say you are not under the law?
I see no one condemning you, just as Jesus never condemned the adulterous woman. But He did say, "God and sin no more"
Stand up straight, be forgiven! Do not say, "The law from God is wrong and I do not sin"
Say "God have mercy on me, show me the error of my ways. All these Christians care about me, am I doing anything wrong in Your sight?"
Don't you know that you are no different than I? For we have both done things that the law prescribes a death sentence for. Why do you feel oppressed by this? All sin brings the wages of death. Show me a Christian who has not just come from his death sentence on the cross and I will show you he is an unrepentant sinner.
There is only one purpose in me writing all of this for you. It is that before I was afflicted I was in error. When I was blind to my sins, I delighted in them! Christians would tell me "you are a sinner", and I had every argument in the 'book' against their words. But when I finally inquired of the Lord Himself, He said "Leave sin NOW". And I was afflicted, my sin became utterly sinful, my life ended on the cross. Years of bitter tears sapped every bit of life and joy out of me until I again turned to the Lord, "Have mercy on me". Then He freed me and I am truly free.
It is superior to die on the cross than to live on our own merit. No one enters the kingdom of God but through the death and resurrection that comes through Christ.
