LOL, I came up with ENTP. ^sigh^ I don't see myself as an inventor though, unless writing or fixing a very recalcitrant software program (which I have to do whenever WordPerfect or access to the ISP crashes LOL) counts as invention. -^.^-

Usually I get INTP for these things. (About 50-50 for Intro/Extro.) But for this one I got INTJ, a bit skewed toward I. I think it's because I took it from my engineering mindset and not my regular mindset. Taking it again... I get INFP *shrug*. I'll pick NT on the poll.

^-^ That happens sometimes. We tend to stereotype ourselves based on how we need to adjust to the situation, instead of typing ourselves based on who we really are.

If your mindset is of an engineer, then according to Keirsey, you should probably be an INTP or ENTP, which is precisely what your opening comment implied.

these personality tests are so tedious to fill out. ended up just randomly picking answers to just finish the thing.

half the time, i'm indecisive since my choices are situational. sometimes, choice a is fine, other times i'm ready for b. hard to pin yourself down.

Very interesting; I got INTP (56%, 78%, 44%, 11%) - architect. Not suprising that the P was the only low one, as I got INTJ in a different test (the spark) a while back. Not sure about D. Kerinsey's description, but J. Butt's was pretty accurate for me. What was especially striking was that they got the bit about emotions right. I usualy come accross as unemotional in tests like this, but this description about usually being unemotional yet getting odd burst of very strong emotion was spot on.

Not an ISFP, but I personally know three of them in my youth group. Just as Keirsey says, they are the kindest of all the types, rivaled only by the ESFP in sheer compassion. And believe me, you'd be hard-pressed to find a kinder bunch than this trio.
