Persecution at work

I've posted on here about a month or two ago about my job. I work at a hobby lobby and they're is so much toxic people there and little Christians. Since day one I've had trouble with certain people some who are managers. I feel like I'm at a woman's prison sometimes. I feel I should call HR sometimes but I'm afraid things will only get worse. I previously worked at Chick-fil-A which also was run by a horrible greedy boss who gave me the cold shoulder when he found out I put in my two weeks after working there for 9 years. Not to mention I never got a raise there. I'm feeling pretty depressed and obviously disappointed. I know other jobs would be bad too but I just thought a so called Christian company would be on top of limiting toxic management.

I pray that God would work in the hearts of the toxic people you have encountered and turn them into kind and loving people. I pray that God would grant you wisdom to discern how to handle the horrible situation you are in and whether another job might be better. I also pray that God would help you to forgive people in the workplace who have wronged you.

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes more warfare goes on in these faith based environments.

Father, please bless FaithfulandTrue and let her shine Your light wherever she works. Give her comfort and peace living in this world, but to just live apart from it despite how others act. Please bring her to a good job where she will feel comfortable in the atmosphere she works in. In Jesus Precious Name, Amen.

I feel your heart through this message. I pray to God right now that he will give you relief from toxic work environments and surrounds you with a work environment that embraces you , respects you and rewards you when you do good. I pray you can find a job that you can have good work relationships with the people there and just a general all around good vibe. You deserve all of that after all these years. Most of all, I hope when it happens, and I hope it happens ASAP, that you know how to receive it without being nervous. Whenever something good happened to me, I would ruin it because I thought i didn't deserve or I ruined it because I didn't know how to handle because I never had it good before. I'm not saying you are like me, but just in case you are, be prepared for something good waiting for you! God please hear my prayer for the OP!

Lord Jesus...Only You can perform miracles within the heart... The very center of one's being. Please let people who previously couldn't get a long to be able to find a way by Your power and might. Please let issues of poor management be dealt with in ways only You can provide.
Help this child to be relieved of the depression that has a grip on her soul.
