I most certainly did not expect to be married with children at 18. And I am unmarried, with no children.

It's distressing how many girls I know are 18-22 who either have kids or are about to, and some are even married.

I never thought i'd be this age and single.....
seriously it almost seems like i'm in the twilight zone at times.....
I was in a very serious relationship at 22-24 that I thought would end in marriage and it didn't.....
But, I never met anyone that was worth marrying until now
and why it happened this way i'll never know and I could drive myself crazy with the whys and make myself upset with the lost time....at times I do wonder why.
But, in the end i'm completely thankful that it has happened at all.

I didn't even expect to live into my 20's so just being alive is kind of a shock to me. I never gave much thought to marriage or anything like that but I'm definitely not surprised.

I'm with you on this one. I didn't expect to live very long at all.

Mind you, I've almost been married a few times; there goes that selfish thing again, hahaha. Things change sometimes when you get engaged and they become more and more complacent though, that's not who I fell in-love with and don't try to pawn that stuff off on me. If you were waiting to turn into a crazy lady until after we got engaged and married then that's a total violation of my trust. I wouldn't do it to you.

Did you ever think that you would still be single at your current age?

Or did you already imagine yourself married with kids etc etc or at least closer to that stage than you are presently?

I always thought I would be married later but that was with worldly implications.
Ask this a year ago I would have said I would be married by now or soon after....but God has other plans. (nudge nudge God )
