Amen. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be filled with peace, and its "twin", contentment.

There's a "stillness" of body, mind, and spirit when His peace indwells in us. He "un-clutters" all those places from all those peripheral things that don't matter, and He grants us the "simplicity" of heart, like a child.

As i think on it, "peace" is a side-effect of "wisdom, isn't it?

For one must be wise to understand and to embrace God's peace, and grasp what an inexplicable treasure it is.

I never thought about it that way.
You are a "deeper thinker" than I, so I will ponder
those words and the conclusion it evoked in you.
