No. I think that "Fatwa" Robertson has a right to say stupid things, whereas Ms. Jackson does not have the right to have her nipple exposed on primetime TV.

However, I do wish that someone will slap some sense into him. Literally.

I think he has the right, certainly. But this is more about reality than rights. I would say, and in the strongest terms possible for a nobody, that calling for an assassination is a far, far more harmful and confusing thing that showing a breast. In fact they are not even in the same league. If showing a breast were being punched in the face, calling for assassination is being slowly eaten to death by rabid squirrells while someone grands your knuckles with glass shards. I feel that in my country the moral policemen are out of control and out of touch and need to be removed. Well, if not the FCC, I hope those who donate to his show will stop doing so. Hopefully that way it will be more than $5 million he nevers get to see.
