Guilt of sin is the cause of death (Romans 6:23), it is not a consequence unconnected to guilt.
Of what sin, which caused their deaths, were those between Adam and Moses guilty, when there was no law to sin against and, therefore, they did not sin (Romans 5:14)?
Would that have anything to do with not answering my questions?
(CLV) 1Jn 3:4
Everyone who is doing sin is doing lawlessness also, and sin is lawlessness.
How does that answer what is the water of the thief's rebirth?
Another question does not answer my question.
Deuteronomy 16:1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the Lord thy God: for in the month of Abib the Lord thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
You all are saying the Israelites departed at sunrise. This seems to conflict with this verse.
[Rom 14:23b NIV] and everything that does not come from faith is sin.
So you are saying that He was crucified some day AFTER the 15th?
The 14th was a Friday, the preparation day.
So when was the crucifixion?
So IYO, He did not fulfill anything...not the death of the lambs on the 14th, the 15th or even Yom habikkurim???? What exactly is your timeline? Lambs were selected on the 10th and killed on the 14th.
No Scripture does.
Matthew 26:17-20 Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Where will you have us prepare for you to eat the Passover?”
Mark 14:12-18 And on the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they sacrificed the Passover lamb, his disciples said to him, “Where will you have us go and prepare for you to eat the Passover?”
Luke 22:7-20 Then came the day of Unleavened Bread, on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. So, Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat it.”
Jesus asks his disciples to go and prepare the Passover.
Greek 3957. Pascha Definition: the Passover, the Passover supper or lamb Usage: the feast of Passover, the Passover lamb.
Jesus captured after midnight means He was alive and well on the 15th.
How confident are you in Friday being the 14th?
How certain are you in Friday being the preparation day linked to His crucifixion?
Calculating the Jewish calendar back we get the following examples of weekdays that falls on the 14th. (I am not claiming it's accurate)
27 AD the 14th fell on a Thursday.
28 AD the 14th fell on a Tuesday
29 AD the 14th fell on a Monday
30 AD the 14th fell on a Friday
31 AD the 14th fell on a Tuesday
32 AD the 14th fell on a Monday
33 AD the 14th fell on a Friday
34 AD the 14th fell on a Wednesday
Or do you support the Essenes calendar who celebrates the 14th on a Tuesday?
During the Passover, we have three days that qualify as a day of Preparation. The 14th, Friday and the 20th.
The 14th was eliminated by Matthew, Mark and Luke quoted above, leaving only the weekly Sabbath that falls on the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and the Annual preparation day of the 20th.
Now, which one is it?
I find it interesting that people always focus on explaining how Jesus fulfilled the Pesach, but how did He complete the Feast of Unleavened Bread and Firstfruits?
Matthew 12:40 For just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Quote from the prophet Jonah.
Jonah 1:17 And the Lord appointed a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.
The crucifixion was three days and three nights before the first day of the week, or Sunday. Resurrection occurs the first day of the week before sunrise.
John 20:1 Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene came to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb.
These scriptures support a Thursday crucifixion implying that Friday was a Feast Sabbath, which means Friday was the 21st, the end of the feast of unleavened bread. The year 30 AD or 33 AD is possibly a match.
Considering the Essene calendar, the Passover is celebrated on Tuesday evening, placing His capture Wednesday morning during the early hours. Wednesday being a feast Sabbath preventing the trial. John 19:14 they trialled Jesus at noon, the sixth hour, this is only possible on Thursday.
The Gospels are clear placing His crucifixion on the third hour which now can only be the next day or Friday.
This Friday, a weekly Sabbath that also falls on the Feast of Unleavened Bread satisfying John 19:31 or High Sabbath. This interpretation interprets the darkness falling on the earth at noon as fulfilling Matt 12:40.
Now we see how Jesus also became our daily sacrifice, through the 3rd,6th and 9th hours mentioned in the scriptures. The two lams were slaughtered each day on the 3rd and the 9th hour.
Jesus’s resurrection occurs on Sunday, before sunrise. John 20:1
Jesus also fulfilled the feast of Firstfruits with His resurrection on the first day of the week.
1 Corinthians 15:20 But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the Firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
Now before you just dismiss this, this was actually part of the ancient church orders around 230 AD and can be found in the Didascalia, and therefore is historically supported, unlike today.
Not sure how you jumped to this conclusion, therefore cannot help you?
By the way, Jesus also completed the requirement of being the Lamb that had to be selected on the 10th.
John 12:1 Six days before the Passover,
Counting back from the 15th the first day of the Passover week takes us back to the 9th.
Verse 2, “So they gave a dinner”, which meant that evening which is now the 10th day in the evening.
Verse 3, Mary, therefore, took a pound of expensive ointment made from pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
Here Jesus was anointed on the evening of the 10th as our Lamb!
Verse 12 The next day (the day part of the 10th) the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. 13 So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!”
Therefore, Jesus became The Lamb selected on the 10th by Jerusalem.
Hope this helps

He was selected as the lamb 4 days before Pesakh (the 14th), he would have died on the 14th, not the 20th or whenever. If you read the Greek, the day of preparation is ONLY on Friday...the preparation for the weekly Sabbath. BTW, the Didascalia (chapter XXI) says "In the tenth of the moon, on Monday, came the priests and the elders to the court of Kaipha, the high priest, and took counsel to kill Him. Herod commanded that he should be crucified, and our Saviour suffered for us on Friday" (which would be the 14th on Pesakh). And when it dawned on Friday, they accused Him much before Pilate, yet they could show nothing true, but they brought false witness against Him. And they asked Him from Pilate, to put Him to death, and they crucified Him on Friday."
I find it interesting that people always focus on explaining how Jesus fulfilled the Pesach, but how did He complete the Feast of Unleavened Bread and Firstfruits?
Where did you source this; and why did you provide a disclaimer regarding its' accuracy?
The Calendar Restoration Project is a historical work in progress to restore the Creation Calendar of Scripture. Based on the whole counsel of Scripture, it is evident that the Creation Calendar is a 7000 year calendar modeled on the seven days of creation. It is composed of 140 Jubilee Cycles of 50 years. In Genesis 6:3, יהוה seems to indicate that the Millennial Sabbath and the Age of Life with יהושע the Messiah will begin after 120 Jubilee Years.
We believe the Sabbaths, New Moons, Appointed Times and Festivals of יהוה have been correctly restored. We also believe that this site correctly teaches how to determine the Hebrew Hour, Hebrew Day, Hebrew Month and Hebrew Year.
This website is currently calibrated to 3980 B.C.E. as the year of creation. This was the theory of Theodore Bibliander (1509-1564) which we now believe to be incorrect. We are still seeking revelation on the true epoch of creation, and will re-calibrate the site as soon as it becomes possible.
By entering this website you acknowledge that the date posted for the epoch of creation is provisional, and is conditional upon historical proof which is not yet published.

The 16th would be Yom haBikkurim (day of first fruits). He died on Pesakh with the rest of the lambs, He rested on Shabbat in the tomb and rose on the 1st day of the week (on the 3rd day). BTW, I am a member of that ancient Church...
