ONLY those saints who have passed on and are to pass on before the Rapture are in Paradise.

I've honestly never thought about heaven. Nor focused on the end times or any of the subjects related to it. I live each day. One at a time. And focus on God's will for me here.
How you handle God's will on Earth will affect your standing in Heaven.

I'm focused on achieving my purpose. Daydreaming about heaven won't get things done in the here and now. :)

I only know that we will experience God's energies and being partakers of the divine nature.

I think also think Earth.

Earth will become paradise when god rids it of all the evil and greedy people.

God didn't call me to think about heaven. He told me to build a business and minister to those in that sector. :)
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

And people without compassion. A pretty empty place.

Not a big deal to Christ and His disciples anyway.

In John 6, a great multitude followed Christ around for performing signs and wonders. But when they could no longer stand His teachings, the vast majority of them no longer followed Christ.

And Christ did not even bother trying to get them back, He would rather be with the loyal twelve.

Christ would rather be with few who will accept Him for who He is than with many who will reject Him if they find out who or what He really is.:)

Thanks for the link and the claim becasue it caused me to read the entire chapter for any evidence to support your creative narration. The story you invented included many motivations that are not in the story. Your story is like a Monty Python - Life of Brian sketch. It is written between the lines.

6 After these things Jesus went away to the other side of the sea of Galilee, which is [the sea] of Tiberias.
2 And a great multitude followed him, because they beheld the signs which he did on them that were sick.
3 And Jesus went up into the mountain, and there he sat with his disciples.

4 Now the passover, the feast of the Jews, was at hand.
5 Jesus therefore lifting up his eyes, and seeing that a great multitude cometh unto him, saith unto Philip, Whence are we to buy bread, that these may eat?
6 And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.
7 Philip answered him, Two hundred shillings' worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one may take a little.

It's found in John 6:60-69 :)

Creepy with all the 6s in there!

It does show that Christ's teachings were already quite unpopular then and John 6:66 says it clearly!

Furthermore Jesus said only few will find life. And we should not "hard sell" the Gospel - Matthew 10:14. We should not waste any time on those who refuse to hear.

Only few will be left standing. As long as Christ will be there, that's all that matters.

It also says nothing
-about Jesus leaving the crowds out of frustration
- to be alone with the 12
- or the motivation of the crowds,
-or any of the motivations you claimed.
timewerx said:

60On hearing it, many of his disciples said, “This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it?”
61Aware that his disciples were grumbling about this, Jesus said to them, “Does this offend you? 62Then what if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before! 63The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit e and life.64Yet there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus had known from the beginning which of them did not believe and who would betray him.65He went on to say, “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them.”
66From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him.
67“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.
68Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. 69We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”
70Then Jesus replied, “Have I not chosen you, the Twelve? Yet one of you is a devil!” 71(He meant Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, who, though one of the Twelve, was later to betray him.)

I know and I agree with you there. It's funny why you brought that up :D

- or the motivation of the crowds,

John 6:60-61 clearly said the crowd became offended by Christ's teachings, obviously why they no longer followed Christ, clear as day and night ;)

-or any of the motivations you claimed.

hmmm.....
