  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

AWWW! Oddbeani, that stinks!

Is there any way that you can make your own chinese food with the items that don't make you ill?

I'm actually having to look into that here as ours is such a sick 'interpretation' of Chinese that I can't eat it anymore. They put MSG in the one thing I really can have (spring rolls) and I think it is wheat derived.. not to mention, they put corn or soysauce in everything.
(I have to be careful with both)

I just play it safe with food. if It makes me nauseous, I find something else to eat.

I've caught a cold, so this weekend made things more interesting. I made a spanish dish we learned when I lived there, and I was getting sick making it (but making it because DH was busy and complaining of hunger), but then I was so hungry I wanted it. It came out well.

I think I might ask my DH to make some stir fry here, and I am definitely looking for a reliable spring roll recipe so I can make my own at home.
