The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Though heartache may seem to greet you

Life is like a sea, it can be calm one minute and stormy the next. The pain we go through often leads us back to God or strengthens us to help someone else when they go through similar storms. Hang in there pain last for just a season and then comes joy.

We live in a fallen world, and it is full of pain, but we belong to a God who is bigger than that. My "life verse" is Romans 5:3-5 says tribulation brings about patience, patience, proven charecter and proven charcter hope and hope does NOT disapoint because of the love of God poured out in us through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

God always bring something good out of the bad. he will not let you fall, and he has many plans for your life, the pain you are experiencing, it will definately contribute to something good, it will not nd up as only a bad thing, it will help you in future. I hope you feel better soon though!

I tell you this ! I AM suffering from Haemophilia ! BUT ! I've been surviving for 16 years ! Yes ! since I was born I already have it ! I'm not even supposed to be here in the 1st place but Lord Jesus save my life ! I lost my mother when I was born BUT Lord Jesus saved me from being dead along with her...
Soo never lose faith in lord Jesus ! I know what is pain and I have it nearly Every day but I tell you this sister ! if you put your faith in lord Jesus and let him take your pain, Trust me ! You will feel better ! if I can i will share the pain with you ! god bless you and endure the pain of the Devil in JESUS NAME !!
