CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thats like saying you know if every actor or actress is a christian or not. You don't know, infact the bible says no man can know another persons heart accept by the fruit they produce.
Read asthma on thier newest CD, it's straight up 1 corinthians 13.
If you don't believe they are christian, fine, but at least don't be condeming them just by the wrongs they do and ignoring the very evident righteousness they have. Like I said early, you do not know them personally and thus you can only take in so little unless you start doing some research on them. I strongly suggest that you do that.

P.O.D. are great i got into them after alive and i now have 3 cd's i am hoping to get all the albums, i think its great that there are heavier bands aswell as worship bands

I never doubted their Salvation. I never said they weren't Christians. I said that they ahd idol worship on their CD, that they needed to repent of it and they need to figure out that Jesus is not the samd god as the god of the rastafarians. Can you refute that? Can you say that they dont have it on their CD?

I find it truly sad that my thread has turned into nothing more than an arguement.
Anyway, I noticed that you are one of the moderators for this forum. Great timing, because I was just about to contact one of you guys. Can you just lock this thread? I didn't mean to start a thread where people are simply arguing back & forth & repeating themselves over & over again. Its really ridiculous.
