over 50

Hi all,
spudgrandma suggested I come here am diffidently over 50(62 don't tell anyone) never mind I proud of my age!! I hope most of you have grandchildren because I do and love them to death. This forum stuff is new to me as the whole computer stuff is also. Thank heaven for my 9yr. old grandson he's teaching me. Do any of you know if there is a Christian forum for kids?? Please tell.

You just show'm, bcauser! Computers isn't only for the youngsters! My sister's just set up her very own forum and she's 74. Two years ago she'd never been anywhere near a computer. Now she can copy music, titivate photos and advise others!!

About four years ago I had a young man at work watch me using the computers (they're all over the place in our hospital!!) and after a few mins, he said "Ah, that's nice!"
"What is?" I asked
"That you're learning to use a computer at your age!"
I asked him how old he was.
"Thirty" he replied.
"So what were you doing in 1987?"
"I was still at school. Why?"
"Because -" I told him, "That was when I had my first computer!"

I really like your explaning the flags. How did you take an interest in that Very interesting. Would you really want to get married now?? I've been alone all but 2 yrs of my life and I wouldn't want to get married for nothing!!!!!! My Mom prayed that my sister would find someone and I told her don't you dare pray that prayer for me!

Don't worrry about it. I couldn't get on all week end because of some dumb thing I didl...I have a 9yr. old grandson who is willing to teach me (thank heavens) sometimes I drive him a little nuts though. The more you are on and fool around with stuff the more you learn. I used to think I would completely erase everything and never to be able to get it back to normal again.Oh well I'm learning.

Wow! as I said before every time I'm here I find something uplifting and hopeful. How great is that. I wonder if it takes that long to get it right LOL May God bless them both.
