I think it's awesome that you are working in the school system. Those kids need someone to help them know the truth, pray for them & try to protect them from such ungodly practices.
Now I know that some Christian therapists use visualization with their clients, but Im a little leery of that practice. I would definetely be concerned if I felt that this therapist was encouraging TM which appears to be the case.
Little children I believe can see more & experience more from the spirit realm then adults do sometimes.
My friend who was a pastor told me that when his youngest was about 5 years old he said to his dad "can you see him dad? Did you see him there was a huge angel standing rite there & he pointed to a place there in their living room.
We really need to look out for the "babies"![]()
I completely agree gracechick. Kids are very sensitive to the spiritual realm. I think that's another reason why Jesus said to have Faith like a child. They sense things more than we do. Even though they don't know how to verbalize things, they know it.
One of my kids from my last school accepted Christ last Tuesday. i keep in touch with the families and we went out and she accepted Christ. I am giving her a bible and a worship CD w/ scripture so she can memorize it by songs. Still trying to work on some of my other kids. God has been faithful in doing His work in the places that he has put me in.
I just pray that I never turn out to have attitudes like the teahers at the Board of Ed. It's not easy because everyone is so negative and I don't like the fact that they are constantly yelling at the kids and giving them negative feedback. I mean they said things like "Well if you would have listened then,... If you would stop being so dumb like so and so does it.... No that's wrong, wrong, wrong.... that picture looks weird" I hope I dont ever become one of those. I know that kids can sometimes get to you, especially those with such attitudes, but I am praying for myself that I don't.
Thank you Jesus
