Yes, it is our "strong points" that seem to give us the most trouble.
In Numbers 12, we are told that Moses was not only a meek man but was in fact the meekest man on earth.
He was a Meek man which does not at all mean Weak. In fact it required a measure of sustained strength.
But he lost his temper and when God told him to speak to a rock, in a fit of rage he beat the rock. He was angry. Anger is the antithesis of meekness.
The consequence of his anger kept him out of the promised land.
Meekness was his Strong point. Moses failed God in his meekness.
May God help us to control our anger and to exhibit a spirit of meekness but NEVER weakness.
