Orange tongue

I have orange along the top of my tongue. From what I have read, this is either gerd or another infection or infection complication. I'm already halfway through my second antibiotic round. Here's to hoping this clears up once I get some more good sleep.

If you are on antibiotics, most likely it is Oral Thrush Symptoms, Causes, and Treatment

The doc can prescribe a mouth rinse, or you can eat foods with garlic (in small amounts because it can give headaches and GI symptoms as the yeast dies off).
Yogurt helps replenish the natural GOOD bacteria killed off by the meds.

Praying you will indeed get good rest and plenty of it. Sometimes things like live culture yogurt or kefir and/or Listerine or colloidal silver (available at many health food stores) can help.

I once had huuuuuuge tonsils. One time when I got a throat infection, not even thinking of my tonsils, I used a c.s. spray. The next day my tonsils had shrunk down so much that a doctor later asked if I had had them removed! They must have been carrying infection for years & years until the c.s. Just a thought.

Praying you will get whatever help is best for you and that you will get into a pattern of getting enough rest.

It's not thrush-had that years ago with a previous inhalor. It's like something I ate stained my tongue for 48 hours despite brushing it with toothbrush and toothpaste.

Also, I have samples of pro-biotic and enzyme supplements from the local health food store.

Doctor thought it was a fungal infection. She gave me a mouthwash and did a blood test to check my liver as a precaution. I also have a two month supply of Prilosec.
