OPERATION 222
Pray In the Nations Yet to be Reached
Dear army of women that prays,
God has an assignment for us. Its called, Operation 222, named for the 222 nations in the world. With Aglow in 155, that leaves 67 nations (listed below) yet to be reached. Lets move forward together, an army in the Spirit, to see these nations touched by Aglow! Two suggestions:
First, name all of them before the Lord briefly and regularly, or focus on one or several nations at a time. Over the next 12 months, you will also want to take part in our monthly, targeted, worldwide prayer as we concentrate on certain nations via Aglows Web site, www.aglow.org. A practical way to remember to pray daily is to set an alarm to sound at 2:22 p.m. Even a brief prayer multiplied by hundreds of thousands of women around the world will have great impact in the spiritual realm!

OPERATION 222
Update & Prayer Alert
At the Aglow Worldwide Headquarters we have heard from many women all over the world who are praying "Operation 222" - praying in the nations of the world yet to be reached by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We want to give you an exciting update about how your prayers are working, and also encourage you to keep on praying!
PRAISE REPORT
Your prayers have been heard for a contact in Madagascar! (Nation #36 on the list.) Our national president for Aglow France has told us that a Malagasy woman, married to a Frenchman, is now returning to Madagascar to live with her family. She is interested in starting an Aglow group when she gets there. Please keep on praying for the women of Madagascar.
Doors are opening in Iran (#25 on the list.) Aglow's first trip into Iran will soon take place. Please pray for these plans and for open doors all the way! (Details are being withheld for security reasons.)
There is a stirring in the nation of Bhutan (nation #5.) For the first time we have a contact in this nation, described by George Otis Jr. (CEO of the Sentinel Group) as one of the darkest nations in the world. Let's pray that the light of Jesus comes to the women of Bhutan through the Aglow ministry!
Just this past week we have received information about new contacts in the nations of Afghanistan and Somalia. God is hearing our prayers!
PRAYER REQUEST
Please join us in prayer for the nations of: · Tajikistan, in Central Asia
· Niger and Guinea in Africa
Aglow developed in these nations several years ago, with 1 Aglow group forming in each. In all three of these nations it is difficult to be a Christian and there is an 80% to 85% Muslim population in each.
We have lost contact with the Aglow leaders in these 3 nations, but we do not want to give up on them! Will you pray with us that Aglow will come alive again in Tajikistan, Niger, and Guinea?
