This is probably really obvious advice, but if it feels like you've got 1001 and one things to do, make sure you totally complete so you can cross it off a list and forget about it. It's quite easy to have 8 tasks on the go at once which you partially complete every now and again, but it'd be so much more satisfying if you could just cross off flowers for example and think to yourself "right, i never have to think about flowers ever again."

Like i said before though, if you really are getting down then just take out your bible, have a pray and remind yourself why you are doing what you doing.
