OK. The Rules are as follows:
1.) No killing (duh)
2.) No reacting for other players unless you know of what they'd MORE THAN LIKELY say....example: "Sathria suddenly bolted straight up, Manfred at her side, 'What's wrong my lady?'"
I realize Manfred's dude didn't say that was alright, however that was what his character was SAYING at the time of her sudden awakening. This is ok.
3.) The number of characters is 'unlimited' however I would prefer you guys stick to at the most four characters/groups of people each. I know four is even so excessive, however I don't want things getting more complicated then nessecary.
4.) Try to allow the people whom you are interacting with a chance to post. No more of this five pages a night thing unless the people you are dealing with are there as well. I like it that you guys do that, just give the rest of us some time *wink*. If you guys really get into it and post alot, just make sure only the YOUR characters are involved and if needs be, try to stay true to a person's reactions if it is indeed important for a small little "Asha looked surprise" or "Manfred's mouth dropped." Just something small like that I'll permit, however excessive amounts of small things (yes that does include alot of small things strung together) is not good. Just think of how you'd react if someone messed up how someone else reacted (like the recent screaming Leighla incident, no worries...I'm not scolding anyone)
Even if you are baddies as players, I'm expecting goodies on this site in real life.

5.) OK. I realize Paliden Dave was more than likely trying to raise a bit of laughter during the Green Knight insodent (I myself was quite amused). However, we must watch that from now on. (I'm not picking on you Dave...just an example) So far everyone has kept within, however I must say that things have been getting a little too impracticual the past few pages (funny how tunnels and towns suddenly 'happen to be near by' *wink*). I'm glad to see recent posts to the contrary.
6.) Spelling. I myself find I cannot spell nor be perfect at all times (let's face it, my spelling
Inadequacies rival the depths of the Maranara Trench). However, I do ask to get as close as possible, phonetically is good (why isn't phonetically not spelled like it sounds???
).
7.) Dialog. Please place all dialog in "quotes", all personal thoughts in
italics, and all mind speech in
bold. I realize each of you have your own ways, and so far we have just taken the context, however I think this way will be more affective. I don't mean to press upon anyone, however at least keep outloud speech in quotes and keep the rest seperate and properly identified in either words or in the above format.
8.) The thread starter (that's me...
) is not infalible. I do make mistakes (yes...finally a chance to shove these rules you know where when the time comes...) Everyone is entitled to say "HELLO?! You aren't following the rules!" Though in that wording i'll certainly be entitled to glare at you.
9.) More rules will come (yes will, not could, WILL) as we continue on through the thread. I dare say we'll begin to realize the importance of these rules. Most of them are common sense, merely written down. I just put them here to stave off any future quarels. *sigh*....

Hey LK(Lady Knight) maybe me and your characters can have something in common like long lost friends or old rivals, or maybe brother and sister. That would put your character more into the story.
Didn't mean to offend you Paladin Dave, please remember I'm role playing and Leighla is pretty irked w/ Sir Manfred.
