OOC: The City of Ember (NEW MEMBERS NEEDED!)

As stated in my post troops, machinery, druids and mana wielders OH MY! have all been transported to Ember. They are surrounding the city right now, completely encamped and entrenched. They have roving patrols, they are moving the machinery up under the protection of the force fields set forth by the mana wielders. In addition there will be some other goodies for you baddies once I can get more time to post, probably Thursday. For now, consider Ember completely surrounded and locked up tighter than King Midas' wallet. Sieged like the city of York in Braveheart. We might even send Everell's head to a loved one, if such a person exists.

You'll have to come inside and get it first. THAT will be the hard part. I can assure you, you will have a very hard time breaking our mind numbing defenses. (just because we havent mentioned some of the ideas, doesnt mean that our defenses suck.)

As THE BIG CHEESE GM....I must approve ALL plans. I do not, in any way, favor Lumloria. I simply gave THEM more time because they had had a late start. I have characters in BOTH RPGs, both loyal to that RPG. No one knows this, but Xhile IS loyal to Ember...he's just going about it in a long drawn out way.

And besides....there is no law that the GM cannot be bias. However, I know secrecy and am often somewhat of a secret keeper here at school...*sigh*...ALL your plans you reveal to me would be kept confidental and if anything you wish the spy network to 'pick up' whether it be false or not (though i'd prefer a little of both) please make note of it.

I am also requiring all Lumlorians to PM me their plans...I've just not had the chance to meantion it in there....which I'll do here in a second....

Star, when I read your PM, I said '***' about 9999E99999999999 times. Now my throat is sore, and the spell used in our best plans you rejected was only low to medium level, nothing compared to dragons, flying boats, force feilds, anti-magic walls, and giant mountains of earth crushing everything in their path.

What plans of the Lumlorian Coalition did you reject, just for comparison?

I was not aware of the insects nor any of that other stuff.....I'm making an .... EDICT of my own in BOTH threads just to make this issue CLEAR.

Edict of the War:
NOTICE TO ALL LUMLORIAN AND EMBERIAN FIGHTERS/RPGers/WHATEVER!!!:

Alright...I don't like how things are looking. It has just come to my attention that the Lumlorians, though Elven, have more Magical advantages than are realistic.

I want to make it abbundantly CLEAR that I and I alone will make decisions concerning what EXACTLY are the capabilities of each side and how far they can go. I will and have been fair and I will by no means reveal ANY plans you tell me unless some of the information you are willing, for better of your plan, ect, to let the spies 'find out' for either side.

No more of these insect controllings, mountian crushings, nor Anti-Magic Walls. I am not allowing these on the Emberian side along with other little addions so don't get all "Ember Lover" or "Lumlorian Queeny" on me alright? ALL plans and attack stragities are to go through ME and not through any other person. I know Mega and WoF have both done great jobs as Co-Starters, however this is one aspect of which I want full control on.

Any questions reply in this thread or PM me. I expect a full report of all plans and the like to me viva PMing ASAP for BOTH sides so I may approve or alter these plans to fit reasonable levels. Also to have heads up for what I am to expect on both sides. I will NOT betray either side, for that would defeat the reason why I built the threads.

I'm not trying to play God here...but really. This is becoming a battle of the imagionation and not a RPG at all. I realize Elves are more magically inclined however Ember has some Mechanically inclined things to counter, but at the moment, from the way I see it, not enough. I'm allowing the flying ships for now, but don't abuse the amount of times you can use them. Sir Lawrence is powerful, but not God.

OK...if I sounded like a total jerk I'm sorry, but I just had to forcefully say what I needed to say. Things need more refined and if we play completely by what our minds can come up with, the losing side may not be the deserving. Let's be more fair and realistic and I realize most of you had no idea you were being too powerful in your posts. And most of you aren't. I just need to get this "Edict" if you will out there so we all are on the same page.

When I thought that you knew about the lumlorian magick abuse, and were being hypocritical towards our simple plan, I was a little annoyed. Now that you have cleared up the problem which threatened to destroy the thread, we are OK. We'll cancel the plan to depose you for a few weeks now.

Yeah, so why didn't WoF take care of it? Everyone knows I'm complacent. Anyway, at the time a few bugs didn't seem like an abuse, it was a medium-level spell on a large scale. And the Earth Elementals were a long way off, so I figured we could come up with an equally-abusive counter by then.

The only thing that annoyed me, up until the whole plan thing, was that my ambush force was surrouned by flying boats filled with druids, and then it was called cheezy when my soldiers went homo/suicidial. Then, of course, came a magical wall which killed them all...

And you were around for the anti-magic wall! So we'll partily depose you.

BTW, has anyone seen 'Gump Fiction'?

ANNOUNCEMENT!

Sir Marcus Neiman Athenuel has died at the hands of an assassin and his spirit will not be returning to his (gorgeous) body. Lumloria will be saddened by this news, when they find out, and will mourn their gallant general (I hope).

Since Marcus was my char and in charge of the combat/artillery, and since he is now dead, I will no longer be posting any attacks on the city of Ember. The remaining generals and the new commander of the artillery will be in charge of posting any attacks on Ember. May God bless your efforts in your new duties, Lady Knight.

I will be reading the thread with interest, play nice.
