CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Can anyone tell me what has happened. Obviously something has happened. Tell me pairings, singles, What characters are in it, that sort of thing. I have to know more before I have full understanding.

Flynn is paired with Sabriel(NPC)
This romantic couple rode to the castle to celebrate the king and queen's anniversary. They are at the moment in one of the castle's rooms.
Dale with his wife(NPC)
The Councilm,an has been asked by the king to request Flynn's presence; tusting that Flynn can go overseas to deal with a rising conflict between the elves and dwarves.
Samir with Eve/Tristessa
Samir and Eve have been plotting to kill the king by having Eve's half-brother, Roden(the king's healer), slip a poison into the king's headache tonic. Samir, by his own will, was bound to Eve with her necromancy; which led to Eve losing control of an arm. Despite this, Samir had an encounter with Tristessa, who claims that Samir is her long-lost lover, Brennan; thus leading Samir to look to her in hopes of recovering the details of his past. However, this has led to competition between the two women, which brought problems for Samir.
King Jadir/Roden with Queen Kaira
Jadeen, Kairair has apparently been spending less time with Kaira, leading her to wonder at his ignorance with a growing hunger for love. At the same time, Roden has a growing hunger for Kaira, which is at the moment being kept to himsel for fear that Jadir may find out. However, Roden's passion led him to an agreement with Eve, who had somehow escaped from Necromion, to poison the king's headache tonic; promising to satisfy his lust by giving him the queen, Kaira.

And nothing new is going on in the capitol where...basically everyone else is. I think everyone's still sleeping, except for the King and Queen who have made dinner plans for that night.
As for outside the capitol in Namor, my two characters, Atreyu and Thalion (bounty hunters), have captured a suspected necromancer (Aislin) who is accused of killing her sorcerer teacher, Martin. That's about all that's going on.

Figured I'd finally stop my lurking and actually brave stopping in to say something.
This has to be positively one of the most addicting RPG's I've ever come across; I really am sorely tempted to join... You all do such an excellent job writing!
