this is an rpg that i tried leading a while back and i beleive that it is still a great way to get experience and become a better poster for other RPGs.

the premise is to clear a desroyed city of the lingering inhabitants that had something to do with its destruction. why are they there? well somethings attracting them... dun-dun-dunnnnnnn

k. rules for joining, no sci-fi. strict fantasy. last time i got into robots and mechs in the city and i dont want that for this.

elves might have a bit more trouble joining then others because of my natural animosity tward them... but dont think of it as racicm, think of it as a challange!

the characters wount know if anyone is light or dark so no, it dosent matter

i guess they dont enforce character rules here... if you can made a character thread for him in the character forum, you can use em!
