glad to have you back! well.. i will, but we gotta see more action from the bad guys first, possibly the direction they are taking.
But i don't mind Vigilante and Surprised taking control of Rosyen.

*think* on second thought, Rosyen really should be brought in, since she was sent to destroy the lost book at Zarkiara and she went to deliver a message (sort of like declaration of war) at Rossesila. uh, and O'reean.. the dark elf is also part of it.

I guess Isliel and Rosyen would be of the same rank, then-- Isliel's part of the council of thirteen (the Raibens, second only to the Shardal as you know) so it only makes sense that Rosyen would be as well. Rosyen would just have greater seniority among the Raibens than Isliel would.

oh, ok. I was thinking of bringing Rosyen in for another reason, just to get your character up and moving, Vigilante. but right now, we'll have to wait for Surprised first. Perhaps you guys can tell me how to bring Rosyen in.

I have some ideas... I'm not precisely sure what kind of plotting our friendly cultists are up to, but Rosyen would be up to trying some new evil ideas, I bet... she's probably way ticked off at Iruen, though! And if Isliel found out that Rosyen had had a run-in with Teglon... ironic. (Remember that Teglon and Isliel were engaged at some point... had it gone through, Teglon would've unwittingly married a cultist!)

Zantuk's the god, Shardalon's the goddess... Zantukite and Shardalonian are generally used interchangeably.

yeah I get the part about god/goddess, but nowhere in your cult description does it talk about Zantuk, it only gives hierarchy etc about the priestesses of Shardalon.

I'd think the ranks would apply to the Zantukites as well, then. Sorta need to get Surprised in here to de-confuse everyone! Same side, their hierarchies mirror each other, no men in the Order of Shardalon priesthood and as a corollary there would be no women in the Order of Zantuk priesthood. (Just change the title of the High Priest of Zantuk to reflect the particular deity, I guess.)

To reiterate-- there ARE two gods, but they are basically inseperable from each other and all the cult members worship both-- it's only when you get up to the preisthood when you really find that division at all.
