A Muslim is one that follows the teachings of the prophet Muhammed. They embrace the same monotheism found within Judaism. They do not believe God became a man to come to Earth, in contrast to traditional Christian teachings. It would not be possible to be a Muslim and hold the believe that God came to Earth in the form of a man.

You aren't making any sense. A Muslim does not worship Jesus as God, which is basically the centerpiece of Christianity. If a Muslim were to, they would become a Christian and cease to be a Muslim.

Being a Muslim isn't like being a Jew. You are a Jew regardless of what you do, since it is more than a religious belief. Those born Jewish or those who convert do not get to drop that status. Muslims are not born Muslim.
