Ongoing Depression

Hey everyone,

Just going through a season of alot of personal changes, and just been through some depression. Its been somewhat managable before but at this point I can see it affecting my day-to-day life. Until I can talk to a professional, just keep me in prayers.

I don’t know if your depression is daylight dependant or not but it’s after December 22 so the daylight is returning

I already take D3 to compensate lack of daylight.

While they wait to talk to that "professional" I pray they will talk to You, the One that is so much wiser, more experienced, more knowledgable, more powerful, and more caring than any "professional". Some people get depressed, burnt out, discouraged, yet You are still a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29), a fire of power and support for us that nothing can overcome. Lift this one up, and may they "look upon Your face" and be encouraged in heart, mind, and soul. Amen.
