Basically someone starts a story off, and the next person continues it, and so on.
BUT you can only use one sentence.
It's a great way to be silly and creative.

Kewl - for on this very, very Special island,
EVERY child/person remained *perpetually youthful = no dis-comfort,
nor dis-ease nor aging was ever experienced; & peace reigned forever in souls/minds/hearts* ...

and so peace reigned, until one day....

A stranger arrived in their midst, saying:
'hey, *perpetually youthful = no dis-comfort/dis-ease nor aging & peace in souls/minds/hearts* ... is not kewl.
Because -
then doctors would need, other work to supplement their income.

When this idea was put into practise, they began aging, and getting sick, but no one knew why....
