What is my interpretation? Have I added to what you have read? I only gave scripture, yet those scriptures are my own interpretation?
your interpretation was placing Scripture square peg into Question round hole
for example .
This, what Paul said, is my interpretation?
Galatians 1:6-10
6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel 7 which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! 9 As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned! 10 Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.
The Gospel preached in Galatians speaks against the message you're preaching . were you wanting to receive the anathema? it's a really heavy curse you know. It really takes a long time to rub that stain out. I don't like doing it. it hurts.
It speaks of someone preaching another Gospel. If you or I preach another Gospel, which means that we can begin to preach another Gospel, which means we can be eternally condemned, even if we are truly saved. The whole word goes together. Give me one verse, that exactly says, that we can't fall away, or be eternally condemned, and then I will believe you, but yet, there is none that says it. Yet you claim that there is. We will be saved forever, IF we continue in the faith, IF we remain in Him, IF we continue in His kindness, otherwise we will be cut off.
You're missing something very important . but it's against the rules to talk about it here . i'll trust God will make that clear to you in time also.
I used to think exactly like you gospel wise. i don't think you'll come to the exact same conclusions i have . but when the morning star rises in your heart and love becomes complete in you .. you will not be able to help but see things differently .
i really appreciate your energy . keep being you .

well yes.
i wonder how the people in revelations felt, when their faiths got altered to where jesus was warning them he will destroy them? obviously these people were saved, it is gods church! However they were falling away. un repentant.
and because of these examples in the bible i can never ever believe in 'osas' doctrine
well yes.

Oh man, keep being me? So I don't continue in the faith, by the Spirit, but I continue to be me? If you see how Christ was, when He was here, you would see that His love, tells people the truth, to save them, not to tell them what they want to hear. You tell them what they want to hear, and have listened to reason, rather than just what God says. You must fight the flesh Michael, you cannot allow the flesh to come in, and distort your view of seeing what the truth is. "A little bit of leaven, leavens the whole lump".
Christians aren't perfect, they're forgiven.I came across this question while surfing the web on the topic of OSAS and it intrigues me :
"If a Christian is in bed with a prostitute committing adultery, and during the very act of intercourse a stray bullet from the gun of a drive-by shooter strikes him in the head and kills him instantly, will he go to heaven or hell?"
I was wondering what you guys thought .
Christians aren't perfect, they're forgiven.
This goes to the definition of Christian, & I sassume you mean a PERSON WHO REALY IS cHRISTIAN && NOT JUST PROFESSING TO BE cHRISTIAN.
Parddon my caps. My fat finger keeps hitting caps lock.
There's an identity of who you are in Christ . There's no one like who you are . there's only one you . the light of God shines through you in a way it will never shine through anyone else again ever . be that . or everyone is missing out.
Who I am is nothing. Scripture says we are hidden in Christ, our identity is Christ, in us and through us. Since Christ is taking the place of me, He is everything, and I am nothing.
Saying that you are His, and He is yours, is not enough. We must lose our lives to follow Christ. Christ said, "if anyone would come after me, he must deny himself daily, take up his cross, and follow me. It is a daily thing, and if we are not running the race, to finish it, then we are just going through the motions, rather than truly, continuing in the faith, and the gospel, that saves.
I believe judging where someone will be after this life should be left up to God.I came across this question while surfing the web on the topic of OSAS and it intrigues me :

I always go back to pride on this. Pride in changing Scripture to fit one's lifestyle, pride in condemning others, pride in refusing to see Truth when it's presented, etc.
I haven't read Revelations yet, though, so I don't really know if any of these fit into those churches mentioned, but I still think the worst of it all boils down to pride.
Pride, is not admitting that we will are sinners, and in need of daily cleansing. Not just once. Pride, is thinking that God is here for us, rather than us for God, and that there is no cost to following Christ, daily. Many people will heed warnings that are on a sun visor in a car, but no one heeds the warnings found all in scripture. You wear a seat belt because they say it is for safety, but when scripture says: "be careful that you don't fall from your secure position", no one heeds that warning. Listening to men, in physical things, and ignoring God in spiritual things.
