On this forum it seems the Report buttons for some is as addictive as heroin.

I see we now get to see in the archived Reports the people who actually seem addicted to the thing.

I never realised the appeal of the thing myself but I guess it needs to be labelled an opiate the way some abuse it.

Is there a methadone substitute for the trigger happy? Some of those reports are a joke.

Of course it should be visible. Then we can see the people whom, let's face it, are being very petty at times.

Just look on that board and see the repeat names of the reporters? Often it seems targeting the same person.

If you have the need to report then stand behind it.

I've always thought there should be a report limit per poster.

Once a day or some such.

I rather like the idea of the reporter being public....I think it would cut down on a lot of the sandbox argument reports that we get a play by play report of a thread before we even go to read it...

actually, i find the report button quite theraputic. i can't render evil for evil so i must let those supposedly in charge fulfill their responsibilities.

but one thing should be mentioned and i have said the same thing on other boards, you may think you cando what youwant under an annonomous i.d. but God sees it all and He knows who did what.

Guess who is responsible for each i.d.'s words and actions? the person who signed up as that annonomous user. everything you say and do falls upon the real personality behind each independent i.d.

maybe you should think twice before saying something that is not scriptural or sin.
