Old Nickelodeon shows

anyone remember those days?  i used to love watching that channel when i was young.  what are some of you guys' favorite shows that really aren't playing anymore?

i liked salute your shorts, doug, alex mack, and are you afraid of the dark?.  there were others, but those stand out to me. i don't remember any other greats...

HAHA!  "Camp Anawana..."  My mom hated that show because of the song!!!  I loved it!  It was great...what about Hey Dude?

"Salute Your Shorts" was awsome when I was younger. I'd probably be irritated by it now though

Also, "Doug" and "You Can't Do That On Television" were good.
"All That" was kind of fun, but by the time it came out I was already watching "Saturday Night Live" so it didn't have as much appeal as it would have if I'd been younger.
When I was in high school my brother and I would watch "Figure it Out" every day. Those were good times

That's still a pretty recent channel to me.
But I did like "You Can't Do That on Television".

You can't do that on TV was pretty good, though I was a little old for that even at that time. I watched it with my little neice.

Ren and Stimpy--was that a Nick show? That was a good one. Didn't see too many of those

I loved all of the shows you guys have mentioned, my dad can do a killer Ren impression (from Ren and Stimpy), and I have a friend who calls me donkeylips (salute your shorts). I liked Hey Dude! a lot too. Now I love Spongebob, my fiance and I watch it every morning when we get home from work.

I loved 'You can't do that on TV,' 'Hey Dude,' 'Salute your Shorts' and a few others, but I can't remeber their names.

Wow...you know, I feel incredibly old. I don't remember many of these shows! Was "You Can't Do that on TV" the one where they slimed people if they said something...I forgot what they said that caused them to get slimed though...

The other one that I remember that I absolutely LOVED to watch was the original Double Dare with Mark Summers as the host...toooooooo cool. I even had the "board game" version.

I just loved the "obstacle course" at the end...sliding down a slide covered in whipped creme, chocolate syrup and a cherry? What could possibly be any better!

I used to watch Hey Dude, Salute Your Shorts, and the original Double Dare. Anything from the late 80's-early 90's.

Has it been that long.

Nick at Nite was the bomb! I still watch it every now and them (mostly just Cosby and Three's Company) but I LOVE TVLand! I live for I Love Lucy reruns!

I was waiting for someone to break out something form Nick Jr. I used to love David the Knome with Swift and the trolls.

Salute your shorts was a great show, but Rocko's Modern life was the best!

Remember the episode where Heffer videotaped Rocko naked and won a film festival! haha or the episode where Mr. Bighead would sleepwalk and think he was a pirate, so Rocko tried to stop him by giving him a fake treasure map... but then Heffer steals it and Mr. Bighead uses his clothes washer to shoot all kinds of stuff and sinks Rockos house!! hahahahahah
