Okay so I have this problem(?) (forehead)

Well ive posted recently a thread about ajna(third eye) and crown chakra which is meaningless never to say because it derives from eastern religion. Though it is now that I found this out after unawarely awakening this third eye? I feel a strong tingling sensation and sometimes tempatures and stetchy feelign on my forehead and its some sort of extreme alert/awareness in really strict form that I cant explain, its annoying as some people say they have to meditate to feel this and im feeling it all the time.. I got involved with a horrible man int he music industry who creates hypnotic music and im not sure if that could of done anything but putting that completely aside of this topic I just cant take it even though it feels good, total peace beyond church calm, like a love -heaven aurora sense cherish all around me, its sensational but it causes extreme panic and i cant control it...im 20 years old and its making me see things like angelic/god shaped beings in the sky and everything seems to be glowing much brighter intensly vivid and i even see jesus christ in my parefial vision ont he grass, or walls and foreshadows but i cant explain.......is this dangerous, am i have accepted christ lord and saviour and believe but i feel this is not normal for some reason....so is it dangerous , is it a gift, is it what??????

Strangers on an online forum cannot possibly give you the answers you are looking for. We do not know you, and even if we had the professional expertise to diagnose the symptoms you describe in theory, it'd STILL be impossible to come to any conclusion just by reading your posts.

As much as I'd like to assist you in this, it's the rough equivalent of people asking whether the itching spot on their toe might be something worse than athlete's foot: online forums cannot help you there.

I was alarmed to feel an intense pressure/tingling like build up in the forehead when I began meditating a couple of years ago and feel the crown Chakra also, it feels like the top of your head has lifted off. I don't even need to meditate now to get these feelings. For me I conclude that I have influence in my life that guides me and gives me insight, but just feelings and intuition not voices or visions. It's best to stay grounded and laid back as you sound a bit stressed out, look for the positives that it gives you and let go of the rest. I certainty have never had visions of any experiences beyond these Chakra point energy centers that you mention. I would visit a clinician and get a grounded clear appraisal of where you are at. I think that perhaps a lot of subconscious data can come forward when this happens quickly and given that you are fairly mentally immature at 20 (not trying to sound condescending) you are going through an intense time. Stay away from drugs and Alcohol and get plenty of sleep as these things will help you to balance the neural firing in the brain and stay grounded. Send me a personal message if you have any issues. As for a gift, only you can control that with your actions so stay grounded.

I would recommend seeing a doctor to rule out any physiological cause. If nothing was found, then based on what I know of the Cavalry Church (that pastors are only answerable to god and not any church hierarchy or congregation), I personally would not trust them to assist.

In that case, I would agree with benglobal: eat right, get enough sleep, avoid drugs and alcohol, and exercise.
