For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty, might become rich. 2Cor. 8:9

This verse has always just really spoke to me more about Jesus' love and character than any other verse. It says so much in one sentence. That's why I love it. You could meditate on it all day!

What is your favorite Bible story? why??

Oh, so many.....When Jesus talked to the woman at the well which was just so against the social rules....When, after his resurrection, Jesus sought out Peter to restore and encourage him and love him after Peter had denied him.... The prodigal son story that Jesus told.....When God appointed Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and Moses was so unsure but obeyed and walked by faith.

I love stories in the bible that really point to God's character and his love for broken people.

Do you bowl?
If so, what is your highest game?

I love to bowl!! I love 10 pin bowling though. I am not very good at it, but I have fun. I think the highest score I got was a little over 100. I would love to bowl more.

If you had an opportunity to interview anyone from anytime who would it be and why?

That's a hard one.....well, aside from biblical people, I would have to say my great-grandmother. Because I have so many questions about my Jewish heritage that no one on my mom's side wants to acknowledge.

What's a guilty pleasure you like to indulge in?

Well, I have to tell ya, that I love to drive into town once in awhile and get myself an order of McDonald's french fries I know that they're not good for me, but oh, every once in awhile I just gotta have them!!

If you could re-live one day in your own life history. Which day would you pick and why??

You mean to do one day over? I don't think I'd change anything. You know, it's sorta like I wish that I had never met and married my first husband but then I wouldn't have been in the life position to have met and married my second husband, you know?

Life and choices bring you to where you are and where I am is a really good place

What is your favorite animal?

I love birds - any kind of bird. I use to live up north were there were so many eagles flying around it was amazing. And I used to work in pet stores when I was young and I grew to really love parrots, especially cockatoos.
