CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Game 2 (pre-season) Browns 17, Lions 7.
Running game looks good. Defense looks ok. Passing and line looks ok. Team needs to stop committing so many dang penalties.

The Browns need to get back to the basics. If they do that, they might win more than they lose. Don't get me wrong, I'm a die hard Browns fan and want nothing more than a Superbowl for them!!

Unfortunately Courtney Brown & Gerrard Warren are way overpaid for what they've given the Browns and Jeff Garcia is only a temporary fix, but I am always hopeful for a Superbowl, especially in a city starved for a champion.FreakofGod83 said:

It got very dark and looked as if we were going to have a MAJOR storm, but it just rained a little bit yesterday. This morning it rained for a bit and has since cleared up. Now it is just VERY humid and hot.
