Hey DMB!! Went to GL last Weds. Didn't have to wait for anything, but the place is in bad shape. Hopefully it will be better after CP has an off season to do repairs

Hi Rua2j33!

I saw this post in the Repub. Forum, since it was from awhile ago, I decided to quote it here! You know how the Repub. forum is, 100 pages a day! lol. Yeah, GL is in bad shape! I'm sure ceder point will fix that! Hows your daughter doing by the way?

Hey DMB!! I was beginning to wonder why you haven't posted back!! Katie is doing very well. She had a follow-up visit at The Cleveland Clinic on Friday. Her blood counts were awesome! We are VERY happy! She is now 8 months post treatment! Only 4 years and 4 months to go! Thanks for asking!

We just had another typhoon in Guam. It's the second in two months! Luckily, we didn't experience the full brunt of the storm. Our power was restored after 24 hours. I just know there aren't typhoons in Ohio. You do get some kick-butt tornado activity once in awhile. I'll tell you, there's nothing like standing outside when the winds are about 70 mph. Real cool, I'll tell ya. Just don't go swimming or surfing or you may not live to tell about it.

lol. I was just thinking today how mild this summer has been.
I cannot remember any severe storms, except for that one huge Bow Echo storm, at the beginning of the summer...
Springfield had some pretty nasty ones. But none as bad as last summer.... I liked the mildness of the summer.. it wasn't too hot (most of the time) I don't like really hot and really cold weather. 65-75 degrees is perfect!
