CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yes, she is single, but dating her high school sweetheart who is also there in Dayton. She's 23 years old and needs a job. She has a BA in History/Political Science and is even willing to sling coffee at a Starbucks or something.

It's very nice. It has alot of extra activites, which I like. She could still come, we have a few people in the group who are dating. I'll send you a message with more details. I'll ask around and see if anyone knows of any jobs available too.

I'm not an Ohioan, but I'm praying @ a USA tour in summer - to pray in all the state capitals & major cities, kinda zig-zagging from NYC west to east to west
& working gradually south till I hit Miami
I guess Cleveland may be between Cincinatti & Indianapolis stops @ mid June, DV
I woulda been a kinda near neighbour if I'd emigrated to Decatur IL 4/5 years ago - to help an outreach to all the major music etc festivals, spring to fall, via mobile catering concessions & @ regional Christian TV & radio stations' outside broadcast depts, doing my many voices
But hey, now I'm kinda retired, who knows what doors God may choose to open?

Fairborn Ohio here. It's northeast of Dayton. Grew up in Bethel Township, then West Carrollton. Lived in Kettering for a while, then Springfield (ewww -- close to nowhere and convenient to nothing.)
