Air- able to generate/control tornados and other wind-based weather phenomena, able to hear voices on the wind, able to solidify the air for either transportation or offense/defense.
Water- able to scry using pooled water {subject must be near a water source, (example: he’s staring into a random fountain wondering if there are others like him, if any of the others are near a water source he will be able to see them and what’s happening around them in the fountain)}, able to generate/control water-based weather phenomena with the significant exception of anything involving ice or other frozen manifestations of water.
Both- able to combine air and water-based abilities.
Personality: of a rather cheerful if flighty disposition. Optimistic but easily distracted. Easy-going and often teased about being ‘spacey’.
Background: his powers started developing at age 10 but went un-noticed until his parents became concerned that he was losing touch with reality because he kept saying he was hearing voices and seeing things. As a result of this concern they began sending him to a specialist hoping to find the source of the problem and correct it. Unfortunately for them they didn’t have any luck and eventually gave up trying as it didn’t seem to be causing him any actual harm. Later his father did start thinking it might be related to what had happened to his father (now long deceased) but dismissed that notion rather quickly as absurd. To this day his parents don’t know about his actual abilities, mostly because they refuse to consider the possibilities. He’s just started his freshman year of college and is eager to find out if there are others with abilities like his.
