Sampson X, I have a proposition which should help both of our organizations. This is the widespread promotion and use of the Orthodox fighting style. Many of the cases ODEC has investigated seem to have had their problems start from either Cheeze or Mixed style fighting, rather than Orthodox. What do you think?
Mega's Thesis on Roleplay Fighting
Orthodox: The defender posts the amount of damage taken from the attacker's attack.
Ex:
1.A shoots at B.
2.B tries to dodge, but gets hit in the arm.
Cheeze: The attacker states the amount of damage the defender receives.
1. A shoots at B, blowing B's head off.
2. B says, "What the hell? That's not fair!"
Mixed: The attacker posts the amount of damage done on secondary attacks, and the defender posts the amount on the main attack.
1. A punches B, breaking his tooth. Then, A shoots at B.
2. B tries to dodge, but fails because he trips over his broken tooth and gets hit in the arm.
