OCD problem (warning: may trigger)

For the past few months I've been worried about vows, I am get very worried that I will make vows to God to do things that I don't want to do or to make vows to stop doing things that I like to do then of course I get these weird string of thoughts that leads me to make vows, it gets really hard to resists. Over the these past few months I wouldn't be suprised if I've made over 100 vows to God, I just find it really hard to cope and I just have to give in.

It's like people who have a problem with blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and OCD, this fear builds up inside them then the OCD blasts their mind with impulses to swear at God or to think of disgusting images etc.
