Great question!

How have the obstacles of the past year or before the past year challenged or affected some of you?

I had a huge obstacle back in 2000 that was the worst and greatest obstacle ever. I had fallen away from God and my "self-created" obstacle, and Gods help through it, reminded me of his wonderful love and mercy and brought me back to where I needed to be.

are you letting the obstacles of life put stops to your ministry?

Sometimes honesty is painful. Yes. A great big emphatic yes. I really want to get into a music ministry... other things as well. These are the obstacles that hold me back. Wait... I must rephrase that, these are the EXCUSES that hold me back.
Fear. Finances. Busyness. My 4 year old. Housework. Fear. Mainly fear. Self discipline. Feeling unworthy.

I believe that God will help anyone with their ministry... as long as the intentions are right, of course, if I am seeking glory for myself, thats not right. I believe Satan tries to thwart our plans as often as possible, but with God all things ARE possible, so then, wouldnt most obstacles really be nothing more than excuses? Or is it just me? If its Gods will, he will see us through.
