Hi guys. I've been a member of CF for a while. But I didn't even know this board existed.

I havn't mentioned my OCD online either, under fear of not being taken seriously in debate.

I'm fairly mild. I have the usual religious problems, I used to be a handwasher, but that is under better control.

I am afraid to touch certain things. I have an aversion to certain things and I count. Not objects, but numbers in my head.

I have a few other things, but I figured it may help to chat with fellowsufferers, and if I can help anyone through I'll try.

Good luck on your way to controlling your OCD better! try reading Brain Lock, its been a huge help to me. I suffer with OCD and many other anxiety disorders as well.
