Not sure how much I can help, but I'll give it a shot. Here's a few ways that I've got myself to stop obsessing:
-First off, pray and ask Heavenly Father God for help! There's been times I've been close to anxiety attacks that would have thrown me into obsessive compulsions, but I've prayed and the anxiety levels went down and I was able to re-focus. Ask Heavenly Father God to rebuke these anxiety and OCD attacks.
-Try to just clear your mind and stop thinking about it. Put the thought out of your mind. I know, it's easier said then done. One thing that has helped me the most is to just stop thinking about it.
-Find some good Bible verses and say them outloud repeatedly. Here is a list that you might want to try:
Proverbs 18:10-"The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runs into it, and is safe."
Psalm 23:-"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies: you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever."
Psalm 25:4-7" Show me your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths.Lead me in your truth, and teach me: for you are the God of my salvation; on you do I wait all the day. Remember, O LORD, your tender mercies and your loving kindnesses; for they have been ever of old. Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to your mercy remember you me for your goodness' sake, O LORD."
Psalm 25:11-"For your name's sake, O LORD, pardon my iniquity; for it is great."
Psalm 28:7-"The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoices; and with my song will I praise him."
Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths."
Psalm 27:1-"The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"
Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths."
Psalm 9:10
"And they that know your name will put their trust in you: for you, LORD, have not forsaken them that seek you."
Psalms 31:24
"Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in the LORD."
-Turn on some music that glorifies and praises Heavenly Father God! Just start glorifying and praising Heavenly Father God outloud with your mouth.
I hope these are able to help.

I'm praying for you.
